Prepare Enrich Couples Course on Zoom
Who should participate? Prepare Enrich Couples Course is open to all couples who want to strengthen their relationship: gay & straight; young & old; interfaith & multicultural; married, engaged, or in a committed relationship. This class will pay particular attention to skill sets around mindful listening, nonviolent & non-defensive communication. Couples at all stages of their relationship can benefit from the discussions and skills introduced in this course.
Total number of class sessions: Each Prepare Enrich Couples Course meets for 13 sessions.
Location: Classes are currently done through Zoom.
How to Get Started: Interested couples must first meet for an hour with P.E. facilitator Donnel Miller-Mutia for an assessment. Donnel will ask questions about the couple and their goals, and the couple may ask Donnel questions about his background. In this conversation, the couple and the P.E. facilitator will assess together if the class is a good fit given the couple's goals. If it is a good fit and the couple decides to take the class, the facilitator will provide a quick introduction to the P.E. Couple Inventory and the registration process during this meeting.

Inventory Fee: The cost for the online Prepare Enrich inventory is $35 per couple to be paid once by the couple in the P.E. website.
Suggested Donation per session: Individual coaching sessions are $50 per couple per class, payable to St. Mark's.
Frequency & Length of Class: Class meetings will be every 2 weeks for 1.5 hrs.
